Welcome to Stark Storage

Thank you for considering our facility for all of your storage needs. We recommend that you read through these important bullet points that you will need to know before renting with us.

-We require all tenants to pay a 50% security deposit for any size unit when you rent with us. You will be refunded the deposit once you move out of your unit, and leave it the same way you found it.

-If you have put a unit on reserve, please make sure you have made your payment prior to arrival because there is no sales office onsite.

-Upon renting with us, please check your email to receive your gate code. It will be the last four number of phone number provided, plus the # sign. (ie. 7360#)

-The gate hours are from 6am-11pm., 7 days a week.

-To move out of your unit please take a picture of your empty unit with the unit number visible and text it to (207)310-7360 or email it to info@starkstorage.com. We do not prorate on move out day.

-Please make sure your unit is locked at all times and all of your items are stored inside your rented unit. If items are left outside of your unit, they will be considered abandoned and you will be charged a minimum disposal fee of $50.

Rent Climate Controlled Storage

We have a variety of unit sizes to meet every storage need.

Climate Controlled 5x10 (10 x 5 x 10)

Inside access.
It fits the contents of two full bedrooms, including several small to medium-sized boxes, and items such as mattress sets, sofas, chests of drawers, bookcases, and desks.

Climate Controlled 5x15 (15 x 5 x 10)

Inside access.
It fits the contents of an entire family room including several small to medium-sized boxes, and items such as mattress sets, sofas, chests of drawers, bookcases, and desks.

Climate Controlled 10x10 (10 x 10 x 10)

Inside access.
It fits the contents of two full bedrooms, including several small to medium-sized boxes, and items such as mattress sets, sofas, chests of drawers, bookcases, and desks.

Climate Controlled 10x15 (15 x 10 x 10)

Inside access.
It fits the contents of an entire family room including several small to medium-sized boxes, and items such as mattress sets, sofas, chests of drawers, bookcases, and desks.

Climate Controlled 10x20 (20 x 10 x 10)

Inside access.
It fits the contents of an entire family room and two full bedrooms, including several small to medium-sized boxes.

Rent Non-Climate Controlled Storage

Drive up 10x15 (15 x 10 x 10)

It fits the contents of an entire family room including several small to medium-sized boxes, and items such as mattress sets, sofas, chests of drawers, bookcases, and desks.

Drive up 10x20 (20 x 10 x 10)

It fits the contents of an entire family room and two full bedrooms, including several small to medium-sized boxes.

Drive up 10x25 (25 x 10 x 10)

It fits the contents of a fully furnished 3 bedroom house, including oversized items such as a couch, mattress sets, a dresser, a refrigerator, a washer/dryer, a dining room set, an entertainment center and several large boxes.

Drive up 10x30 (30 x 10 x 10)

It fits the contents of a multi-bedroom house, including several oversized items like a couch, a refrigerator, a washer/dryer, and a dining room set or several large boxes.
